If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days after the delivery. Once we accept your application and we receive the product, we will provide a full refund.
Return requests made outside the 14 days period will not be accepted. In the same way, we can decide not to accept returns in the following cases:
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, negligence, physical damage, alterations to product, incorrect adjustment, deterioration by normal use or incorrect installation after purchase.
- If the only reason for the return is the fluctuation of the prices.
In all cases, we will investigate the product and verify the fault. To be admitted to a replacement or refund, devices must be in condition "as new" and if it is possible with the original sealed packaging intact. The accessories should be stored tightly sealed in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we determine that the returned product has been damaged.
The model of disagreement, it is optional since you may make your request through any other form of communication clear and unambiguous.
